By using this website (https://jobventure.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Platform Overview

  • JobVenture connects employers (“Talent Hunters”) with candidates (“Pathfinders”).
  • We offer job postings, applications, AI-enhanced learning (LevelUp & FastTrack), CVID profiles, and direct messaging via JVConnect.
  • Users may register for free or purchase subscriptions and bolt-ons for additional features.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use JobVenture in a lawful and respectful manner.
  • All information you submit (e.g. job posts, CVIDs, course content) must be accurate and truthful.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials.

3. Course Participation

  • Courses on JobVenture are designed to support employability and learning.
  • Badges are awarded upon successful course completion and may appear on your profile.
  • Courses may be created by AI (Eli) or external contributors and reviewed before approval.

4. Jobs and Applications

  • All job listings must be genuine and legally compliant.
  • Job posts may expire after 30 days or as per subscription limits.
  • JobVenture is not responsible for the hiring decisions of any Talent Hunter.

5. Credit & Subscription Usage

  • Talent Hunters can purchase plans or bolt-ons to post jobs, access CVIDs, or use ReachOut.
  • Credits may be deducted for actions like requesting contact info.
  • Subscription access is subject to fair usage and may be revoked for abuse.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

  • No discriminatory, hateful, explicit, or spam content is permitted.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or ban users who violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All platform branding, code, and original content is the property of JobVenture unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reuse or distribute JobVenture content without permission.

8. Privacy and GDPR

JobVenture complies with UK GDPR. We do not sell your data, and you may request correction or deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or act in bad faith. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us below.
